The Website offers to download gaming assistance software under trademark BonusMiner ("Software" or "BonusMiner") and offers to buy additional extensions to the Software ("Casino modules").

The right to use the Website and/or the Software is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

As part of the registration process you will have to choose login details to access your member account. After creating your member account, you can buy Casino modules to BonusMiner.

Purchased Casino modules are bounded to given Licence key.

You can use one Licence key only on one computer by submitting it to installed BonusMiner.

BonusMiner will generate a Computer ID for your computer (based on hardware configuration of your motherboard and processor). Licence key you submit in BonusMiner will be linked with this Computer ID. From this moment will be Licence key valid only on computer with this Computer ID.

Each Licence key is intended to be used only by one person. Unauthorized distribution of Licence key will result in cancellation of its validity.

After purchase, you have 7 (seven) days to test purchased Casino modules. If some Casino module will not be working (e.g. casino changes game layout) and we will not be able to promptly release update for it, we will refund your money paid for that Casino module. Refunds after stated period will be granted only under special circumstances.

Updates for Casino modules will be usually provided as long as there is significant interest in given Casino module. Although we will try to release updates for Casino modules, we offer no guarantee that purchased Casino module will continue to work if casino change their game layout.

You may close your member account at any time.

We reserve the right to close your member account upon 1 (one) year of inactivity in your account. Inactivity in your account means that you do not log onto your account with your login details and that any session details from BonusMiner will be recorded in your account.

We reserve the right to close your account after your violation of these T&C.
